The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the main plazas, restaurants, and attractions in the area. The staff was friendly and professional, providing helpful information during our stay. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with its great view, perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings.
There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. The kitchen facilities were lacking in terms of equipment and cleanliness, making it difficult to prepare meals.

Unbeatable location in Santa Marta's Downtown area. Friendly and helpful staff. Mini pool at the rooftop. Easy access to main food and party places. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to main tourist spots and market for transportation.
Felt extremely welcome, no complaints.

We had a great time during our Easter stay! The hostel was beautifully decorated, with lots of plants and cute things. The rooftop had an amazing view of the city and surrounding mountains, which we really enjoyed. We also loved the fact that there was a pizza restaurant on the premises with delicious pizza. It was a great convenience to have good food just steps away from our room.
The only negative aspect we experienced was the loud rattling of the window shutters in our room during storms. It was a bit annoying, especially at night when we were trying to sleep.

The owner of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. They were always available to assist with any questions or concerns. The breakfast provided at the hotel was good and had a nice variety of options.- The hotel was nicely decorated and had a pleasant ambiance.
The wind at the hotel was quite strong during my stay, causing some noise and dust to enter the room. It would have been helpful if the room had better insulation to prevent this.

I had a great stay at Casa La Bella! The interior was lovely, and both the dorm and private room were great. The rooftop terrace with a kitchen and seating was a wonderful spot to relax. The staff, especially the man at reception, was incredibly kind and helpful, always with a smile. The location was perfect and convenient. I also made some great friends with the other travelers staying there.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Beautifully decorated hostel with multiple floors, lots of plants and cute things. The rooftop had a good view of the city and surrounding mountains. The pizza restaurant on site served great pizza. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The bed wasn't very comfortable and the dorm room was overcrowded and hot. The kitchen was poorly equipped and dirty.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms made it uncomfortable, especially in the hot weather.

I had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel in Santa Marta. The room was beautifully styled with live flowers, and I was impressed with the ability to store my big backpack while I went on a 4-day trek. The rooftop terrace bar and small pool were absolutely incredible. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the place was outstanding. The towels were fresh, and the price was unbeatable. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Santa Marta, and Arcesio was one of the best hosts I've ever had. Plus, the delicious breakfast was the cherry on top!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa La Bella Samaria Boutique. The location was perfect, close to the center and the mercado central. The staff was incredibly helpful, calling the bus company for us and giving great recommendations for places to eat. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a well-stocked minibar. We loved the terrace on the roof where we could dry our muddy boots after our trip to Ciudad Perdida. The common areas were lovely and the fan in the room kept us cool. a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We could easily walk to all the main attractions in town.
Could not be improved in any way. 🙌

We had a fantastic stay at this stylish boutique hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to buses and the main tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any questions or advice we needed. The hotel's decor and furnishings were beautiful, creating a lovely atmosphere throughout. The rooftop terrace with its small pool was a great feature, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Even though the pool was more like a big whirlpool, it was still a refreshing spot to cool off. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the breakfast, although not the quickest, was still tasty. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Santa Marta.
